Client

Johnson’s Baby is a product line consisting of baby powder, shampoos, body lotions, shower gels, and other toiletries.

Challenge

Johnson’s Baby wanted to increase awareness for its innovative “no-tears” baby conditioner.

Prospective clients are parents of children aged 0- 2. Although affordability is important in their purchasing decisions, they seek the highest-quality products for their children.

The brand needed a promotional email encouraging clients to visit its website and learn more about the product. Upon their visit, Johnson’s will offer a free coupon for the baby conditioner.

Solution

The headline “Keep Bathtime Fun” associates the conditioner with a pleasant client experience. The subhead identifies the “no-tears” formula, immediately addressing the product’s benefits.

The body of the email is intentionally concise to keep the reader’s attention. If clients wish to learn more about the “happy baby mission,” they are invited to visit the company website and receive a free coupon.

The tone of the email is friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. Its goal is to convince parents that Johnson’s Baby is a trustworthy brand.
